What’s the order process?/How do I place an order?

STEP-1

Add to Cart & Fill in your basic information and Coupon Code (Like Email, Shipping Address, Phone No... ).

STEP-2

Choose the Shipping Method. (Standard Shipping is FREE on shesoglam)

STEP-3

Choose your Billing Address and "Complete the order"

STEP-4

Log in your Pay Pal account or Pay with your cards (Fill in the related information as well)

Only 4 steps, you just need to wait for your package!

What payment method can I choose?

For now, we only support PayPal as our payment channel.

To make your purchase from shesoglam.com as safe as possible, we choose PayPal as the only Payment Channel & our Partner. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can create one with your credit or debit card to pay for the hot items. (*If it's your first time to open an account on paypal through shesoglam, you can get 10% OFF 1st order Code:SoGlam).

ADVANTAGES WITH USING PAYPAL:

1. With PayPal, you can send payment quickly and securely on-line.

2. Through PayPal, you can pay with credit card, debit card, or bank account balance.

3. Once your order is submitted, you will be redirected to PayPal's site where you could make the payment.

4. Payment is traceable. You can trace the status of your payment on your PayPal account. Shesoglam.com doesn't receive your credit card number or bank information (it is safely encrypted through PayPal's server), which limits the risk of unauthorized use.

How can I buy the right size outfits?

I.We suggest you check the measurements carefully one by one(At least the Bust Size) before your shopping.

II. We add 4-5cm(1.6" - 2") for each size-up compared with the normal size(8-10cm), which means it will be smaller than regular size but more accurate.If you know your US size and do not know your correct measurements, we suggest you to take US size as 1st consideration.

III. If you still feel confused with the size on Mangocouture.com, for your better shopping experience, please contact us through service@shesoglam.com , we will reply to you within 24 business hours.

IV. If we do send the wrong size after you check the size charts carefully, it's hassle-free to do an exchange. Just drop a message to us service@shesoglam.com

Can I track my order?

Once you've placed your order, we will e-mail you the order confirmation to you, but it could take up to 30 minutes to arrive in your inbox! Once our team at the warehouse have processed your order and your order shipped out, we will send order confirmation to you via e-mail, please check your e-mail and use the tracking site and tracking number there to trace your order or contact our customer service for more help. If an email does not appear to be received, please check your spam folder. Please ensure you leave correct email box so that we could contact you.

 

Can I change/modify my order?

Yes, you can.

It includes changing sizes or color of an item, adding or removing an item, and changing your shipping address.

Please send your inquiry to service@shesoglam.com with an explicit subject on the email title so we can attend it to relative customer service specialist.

Please note that your order can only be changed or modified BEFORE shipment.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Of course, we don't want you to do that.

Bit if you want to cancel the order, please contact us through service@shesoglam.com with an explicit subject on the email title so we can attend it to relative customer service specialist.

We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped, otherwise, you will be refunded 95% if it’s cancelled within 24 hours of purchase because we will charge 5% cancellation fee. (Normally, you will receive the refund within 3 working days) Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 10% cancellation fee is applied.

Please note that we CANNOT cancel orders which have been shipped out or during the procurement process. Therefore, please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us to return for refund. Please DO NOT refuse the delivery as the undelivered package will be destroyed by the third-party logistics.

 

Do you offer a wholesale discount for bulk buying?

Of course, we do.
